01What it does
The chat in your theme, on every page
Paste the embed script into your theme header or a header-scripts field and your mate is on every page of your WordPress site: the launcher, the full-page chat, your visitor's language, hand-off to your team. A plugin is not needed — and not offered — because the script already does it.
02How to switch it on
Copy the embed script from your Console.
Paste it into your theme's header (Appearance → Theme File Editor, or a header-scripts field your theme or a code-snippets plugin gives you).
List your site's origin in your published embed origins — the launcher appears on the next page load.
03What it needs
The page origin you allow, and an optional getIdentity for signed-in visitors — the same as the web chat.
Nothing to set up on your side.
