01What it does
Catalogue answers and order help on your store
Connect your WooCommerce store and your mate learns your products, categories and policies, answers shoppers on the storefront, and — for a signed-in customer — looks up orders and, with a yes, makes changes. The chat itself works on any WordPress site today; this connection adds the store.
02How to switch it on
In WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API, create a read key (read-write if you want order changes).
Give the platform the store address, the consumer key and the consumer secret.
Choose what shoppers may ask about — catalogue, orders, both — and publish.

Your store address and a WooCommerce REST API consumer key and secret.
