01What it does
Answers in the channel where the question was asked
Create your own Slack app from our manifest, connect it in Console → Connections → Slack, and a question in a channel or a direct message reaches your mate; it answers in the thread, and a teammate can take over from the same place.
02How to switch it on
In Console → Connections → Slack, open “Create your Slack app” — it takes you to api.slack.com/apps with our manifest (scopes and events already set).
Install the app to your workspace, then copy its Signing Secret and Bot User OAuth Token back into Console.
Choose DM, @-mentions, or both, and an optional list of channels — then invite the bot to a channel or message it directly.
03What it needs
A Slack app created from our manifest (bring your own workspace), its bot token and signing secret, and the scope you pick.
